Please note that for the moment, in view of the coronavirus outbreak we are not able to allow appointments to be booked on line.

We are now open on Thursday afternoon until 18:30.

We now have 50% of appointment slots available to book on-line.  Those of you already signed up for 'Patient Access' will be able to book as usual.  For more information please see reception staff for those not yet signed.

Doctor's offer Face to Face and telephone triage appointments and therefore it is extremely important for you to update us with your preferred telephone number.   Dr Hasan will still offer same day booking appointments on the late Wednesday evening clinics, some of which will be available on-line.

For those of you who prefer to book over the telephone, you will still have plenty of opportunity and on line booking should free up the telephone lines for easier access.  You are advised that we cannot book appointments by personal appearance at the reception desk.

Online appointments will release for booking late afternoon every Wednesday.  Our current 'on the day' booking will remain the same for those of you telephoning the surgery.  Please do not book for results on line.  Please call the surgery after 09:30 to secure your appointment.  These non urgent results can be booked a week in advance.

Please note: The Nurse and Health Care Assistant appointments will remain the same and can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance.

GP Registrars

We are a training practice which means that every 12 – 18 months we may have with us GP Registrars.  They are qualified doctors who have chosen to become General Practitioners.  Throughout their time with us they will hold clinical sessions and at some point you may well be seen by them.

As part of their training it is essential that they have access to a wide variety of cases and are encouraged to perform all aspects of general practice.

During an academic year we may also have with us medical students.   As part of their training they are encouraged to see patients under supervision.  You will be informed that you are seeing the student but will be given the opportunity to decline.  However the students do value this experience and we are grateful that many of our patients are happy to take part.

If you wish to have a chaperone present during your consultation please make the receptionist aware.  All our chaperones are trained and DBS checked.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.  There is a separate option on the telephone for you to leave a message.
